Vous pouvez annuler votre abonnement en allant sur votre compte en ligne.

 

Pour accéder au compte en ligne avec votre courriel et mot de passe, cliquez sur le lien suivant:

 

https://app.joinit.com/o/clubteslaquebec/members

 

Descendez ensuite plus bas dans la page d’accueil (après toutes vos informations) et vous verrez “Annulez votre adhésion” (Flêche bleue). 

 

Choisissez une raison si vous les désirez.  Les raisons apparaissent uniquement en anglais (Flèche orange), et sélectionnez l’option “Annulez l’adhésion immédiatement” (Flèche verte).

 

Pour compléter l’annulation, cliquez ensuite sur le bouton rouge “ANNULEZ VOTRE ADHÉSION” (Flèche bleue).

You can cancel your subscription by accessing your online account.

 

To log in to your online account using your email and password, click the following link:

Once in your account, scroll down below your information, and you will see a link "Cancel Membership." Click on this link (Blue arrow).

 

Then scroll further down on the homepage (after all your information), and you will see "Cancel your membership”.

 

Choose a reason (Orange arrow) and select the option "Cancel membership immediately" (Green arrow).

 

To complete the cancellation, click the red button "CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP" (Blue arrow).
